Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CattleRevolution platform or the free calculators and worksheets at cattlerevolution.com/tools (the "Free Tools"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CattleRevolution provides a web-based cattle feeding management platform that includes ration planning, health record tracking, feed inventory management, analytics, and financial reporting tools for cattle feeding operations.

In addition, we publish a set of Free Tools (cost of gain, breakeven, ration check, market-ready date, and closeout report) for public use. The Free Tools do not require an account, produce a PDF report from inputs you provide, and are intended to be printable for personal business use.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the paid CattleRevolution platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Free Tools do not require registration. Anyone can fill in a Free Tool and see the result on screen. If you ask us to email the PDF, we ask only for your first name, email address, and your opt-in to receive it.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

CattleRevolution offers multiple subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Tools — Estimates Only

The Free Tools are calculators. They compute outputs from the inputs you type in using the formulas published in each tool and its PDF. They are not professional advice — nutritional, veterinary, financial, legal, tax, or otherwise. Numbers produced by the Free Tools are estimates, not guarantees of actual outcomes, and your actual cost of gain, breakeven, ship date, ration performance, or closeout will vary.

You are responsible for the inputs you enter and for the decisions you make based on the outputs. Always consult your nutritionist, veterinarian, lender, and marketer before making significant feeding, health, or financial decisions.

6. Data Ownership and Use

You retain ownership of all data you submit to CattleRevolution ("Customer Data"), including herd and pen records, ration formulations, health and treatment logs, deliveries, closeouts, financial entries, and any other operational data you enter into the platform or the Free Tools.

By using the service, you grant CattleRevolution a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Customer Data for the following purposes:

6.1 Operating and improving the service

We may process Customer Data as necessary to provide the service to you and to other customers, including for storage, backup, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, customer support, performance monitoring, and the development of new features. We use Customer Data on an identifiable basis only to the extent reasonably required for these purposes.

6.2 Aggregated and de-identified analysis

We may combine Customer Data with data from other customers and use it in aggregated and de-identified form for purposes including industry benchmarking, market and seasonal trend analysis, research and development, training of statistical and machine-learning models, internal business analytics, and the publication of aggregated insights (for example, average cost of gain by region, ration adoption trends, or ship-window patterns).

Before Customer Data is used in aggregated form under this Section 6.2, we remove direct identifiers (name, email, address, account identifiers) and any other field that could reasonably identify your operation. Aggregated and de-identified data is no longer Customer Data, may be retained and shared without restriction, and survives termination of your account.

6.3 What we won't do

We do not sell identifiable Customer Data to third parties. We do not share identifiable Customer Data with other customers. Our handling of personal information is further governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service or Free Tools for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Automate submissions against the Free Tools or the lead-capture endpoints, scrape them at scale, or otherwise abuse the forms. We rate-limit submissions and will block abusive sources.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

CattleRevolution and the Free Tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the Free Tools. In particular, we are not liable for feeding, health, marketing, or financial decisions you make based on estimates produced by the Free Tools. Our total liability for the paid platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. For the Free Tools, which are provided at no cost, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
